Now, I certainly do miss a good bowl of noodles here in Vermont. I don’t even venture to eat the faux-asian food offered here or worse the “Chinese” food from a nearby establishment. I could probably do pretty good business by opening up a noodle-bar type shop here at Midd but I’d have to charge $4-5 not the 31 cents as mentioned the article above.
While 31 cents doesn’t seem like a lot to you and me, it is a lot for the poorest that live in China. I guess one has to remember that economics applies to the cheapest of items too.
